Highly recommended! The associates are friendly, insightful, flexible and willing to work with you until you buy or sell your home. My experience was a 15 minute sit down with Mitchell to discuss what I was looking for in terms of price, home size, location and amenities like parking. He was able to find me the right home on the spot. Fast forward 3 months (this was late in the year so holidays do prolong the process and is normal) I closed on my first home.
Mitchell Duong and his team member (Dan Dong) were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. The whole time they were providing me with market details, even from the beginning. None of the fluff of start high on an unrealistic asking price and prepare to do numerous price adjustments. The local area had soften up a bit but the team had persistently conducted numerous open houses to bring in the foot traffic. Even if they were busy, they have so many boots on the ground to cover all bases. All of the marketing channels which they have executed had worked to bring in offers. The level of communication was phenomenal and around the clock. If anyone should look for agents with amazing support, you need to contact them. It’s second to none and job well done!!!
